About the role

As part of a management team,you will dare to raise the bar on daily operations,build a strong and engaged team culture together,and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Depending on your level of experience and the position,your responsibilities may include:

• Leading and inspiring Front of House teams
• Creating outstanding guest experiences every day
• Coaching,developing,and supporting team members
• Driving operational excellence and high service standards
• Managing restaurant performance and KPI's
• Supporting recruitment,onboarding,and talent development
• Ensuring compliance with company standards,policies,and procedures

Who you are

You are a natural host and an inspiring leader who understands that great hospitality is all about people.

• Have experience in a management position within hospitality,restaurants,hotels,or a similar service-driven environment
• Lead with energy,caring,and accountability
