Your Task

• T-Mobile Polska network monitoring in 24/7/365 mode
• Reporting of detected alarms to the appropriate units responsible for troubleshooting
• Troubleshooting and handling internal customer requests T-Mobile Poland
• Coordination of troubleshooting
• Dispatch of emergency communication inside and outside the company
• Working with other units at T-Mobile to diagnose and remediate outages
• Participation in the development of monitoring by testing new solutions/tools and reporting monitoring needs

Your Profile

• General knowledge of telecommunications architecture and infrastructure
• Knowledge of monitoring systems (Zabbix, Dynatrace)
• Knowledge of network and Internet protocols
• Knowledge of Unix and Windows systems in terms of operation
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Willingness to work in a shift system

About Us

We are called the Service Monitoring Center and we are responsible for monitoring the entire T-Mobile network and services. In our team there are 12 experienced specialists and specialists who coordinate the resolution of mass failures and are responsible for their communication inside and outside the company. We handle failures arising in monitoring, as well as reports from internal units.
