What you'll be doing* Preparing and serving specialty coffee, teas, and other beverages to Hagen standards.

• Delivering warm, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service.
• Taking customer orders accurately and handling payments.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming café environment.
• Preparing food and ensuring excellent presentation.
• Working as part of a supportive team to keep service running smoothly.
• Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
• Learning about our coffee and products to confidently recommend them to customers.

• Previous barista or hospitality experience is a bonus, but full training is provided.

Requirements

Required Qualifications* Experience in a guest-facing customer service role.

• Business-fluent English.
• Eligibility to work in the Netherlands.

Preferred Qualifications* Experience working in a coffee shop.

• Comfortable handling cash and card payments and using point-of-sale systems.
• Good knowledge of food safety, café hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Business-fluent Dutch.
