What will you do?

You will begin in our Order Picking department, where you will be responsible for collecting customer orders using an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT). We work with a modern voice-picking system, meaning you will receive instructions through a headset and no longer need to work with paper pick lists.

During your first two weeks, you will follow our structured training program, where you will be gradually trained to become a fully qualified order picker. You will learn about our processes, products, and systems, enabling you to work independently and efficiently.

After one month, there is potential for a salary increase depending on your development and performance. We also offer multiple opportunities to advance within our warehouse operations, including positions in:

• Inbound Logistics – unloading and processing incoming goods;
• Quality Control – checking orders and goods to ensure accuracy and quality;
• Operator – working with logistics systems and warehouse machinery;
• Reach Truck Driver – organizing warehouse stock, including storage in high racks. If you do not yet have a reach truck certificate, we will help you obtain one.

As you continue to develop your skills and gain experience, there will also be opportunities to progress into a Coordinator role, allowing you to further grow your career within Asia Express Food.

• Performing various logistics tasks with a strong focus on efficiency and quality.

Our Logistics Team

You will join a team of approximately 200 logistics colleagues, all working together to ensure that our trucks are loaded with the right products and delivered to customers on time. Our warehouse is a dynamic environment that requires teamwork and commitment, but also offers plenty of room for fun and a positive atmosphere. At the end of the day, we take pride in knowing that our customers can rely on us and our authentic products.

What do you bring?

• Good command of the English language;
• Flexibility and willingness to work in a two-shift operation;
• Physical ability to safely reach pallets stacked up to 2.40 meters high;
• A strong sense of responsibility for the logistics process;
• Residence within the Kampen region with a maximum travel time of approximately 45 minutes.

Working Hours

We are looking for candidates available 36-40 hours per week, willing to work in a rotating two-shift schedule from Monday to Friday. During peak periods, particularly around holidays, occasional weekend work may be required. Flexibility during these periods is appreciated.

Shift Schedule

• Day Shift: 06:00 - 14:45
• Evening Shift: 14:45 - 23:30
