Partner with your Floor Manager – work together on staffing plans, sales strategies, and plans to make colleagues and guests even happier.

Be the wellness expert – handle complex questions about treatments like Brain Massages and Breathing Bubbles, and embody our signature relaxation experience.

Own the operations side – take care of scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and all essential back-office work that keeps the Mind Oasis running smoothly.

Develop your team and make targets fun – you're great at coaching, know exactly what to say to help people grow, and you turn sales into a game everyone wants to play.

Be a brand ambassador – from a spotless Mind Oasis to looking polished and professional yourself, you get that every detail matters for a luxury brand.

Bring all of you

Have at least 3 years of experience in retail or customer service.

Are available to work during opening hours, including evenings and weekends.

Can’t imagine being behind a desk all day. You genuinely enjoy helping people find calm - the variety, the meaningful connections, the problem-solving.

Are result driven, always looking for your next win and you naturally help guests discover the right treatments for their stress relief needs.

Have strong people skills and easily adapt to different personalities - you know how to inspire your team, collaborate with your Floor Manager, and connect with guests (whether they're chatty or more reserved).
