About the role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate to join the Business Analysis team and work on Securities Finance. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to start their career in Structured Products and gain hands-on experience working with business stakeholders and technical teams. You will support the delivery of Securities Finance projects by gathering requirements from business stakeholders, grooming solutions with developers, and contributing to test and implementation activities.

What you'll do
- Support project pre-analysis on business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and helping deliver data-driven solutions across lending, borrowing, collateral, and trade lifecycle activities including settlement aspects.
- Gather and document business requirements with guidance from senior team members
- Assist in drafting clear and structured business specifications
- Help translate business needs into functional requirements for development teams
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams to support project delivery
- Prepare and maintain test cases and steer user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Participate in release cycles and support project and feature test campaigns
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and provide regular status updates
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and documentation
What you'll need
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and develop within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, team-oriented, and organized approach to work
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Excel and Python development (scripts)
- Fluency in English
