We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, turning data into insights, and supporting business decisions. We need YOU who not only enjoys working with numbers but also has a heart for the aerospace business. Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to program financial performance by delivering high-quality analysis, reporting, and forecasting while fostering effective cross-functional collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to collect, validate, and consolidate financial inputs for program forecasting and reporting.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and systems enhancement to support business performance.
- Prepare and report program Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet data within the reporting system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Interpret, convert, and analyze customer financial data to support reporting and decision-making. Job Qualifications
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment, balancing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results.
- Experience in a finance or controlling role with a track record of delivering business value.
- Excels in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, control, pricing, business analytics and reporting
- Strong analytical skills
- Proactive mindset with the confidence to take initiative, challenge assumptions, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to build strong relationships, demonstrate emotional intelligence, and communicate clearly, collaboratively, and persuasively.
- Clear understanding of relevant accounting standards and technical accounting frameworks.
- Fluent English language skills
- Swedish language skills are a plus Employment
This full-time position is based in Trollhättan, Sweden, as such, the applicant should be able to gain the right to live and work in Sweden.
This position will only require minimum travelling.
