What we expect from you:
Guide international buyers through the entire property purchasing journey on the Costa del Sol.
Build long-term relationships based on trust, expertise, and outstanding service & personal contact.
Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals with confidence.
Work with a continuous flow of qualified leads.
Become a trusted advisor rather than just another sales agent.
Represent the Icarus brand with confidence and personality.

Who you are:
Native English speaker.
Proven track record in real estate.
Based in or willing to relocate to the Marbella area.
Strong knowledge of the Costa del Sol property market is a major advantage.
⁠Driven and commercially minded.
Creative in finding opportunities and making deals happen.
Confident communicator with natural charisma and presence.
Holds a valid driving licence.
