As an Analyst, Portfolio Management in our BD SE team, you’ll work closely with the Portfolio Manager and the rest of the team to develop and grow our Swedish portfolio. You’ll combine supportive responsibilities with ownership of initiatives that drive growth and improve performance, focusing on portfolio- and market analysis, market development, pricing, and development and automation of workflows.

Realize Your Opportunities as an Analyst, Portfolio Management
As an Analyst, Portfolio Management, you’ll play a key role in developing and expanding our SE Pharmacy and hospital portfolio. You’ll work closely with the Portfolio Manager, taking ownership of initiatives that drive growth and improve performance.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Work together with the portfolio manager on tasks related to the portfolio, including analysis, pricing, inventory management and daily tasks.
- Continuous analysis of current portfolio to optimize inventory, prices and policies.
- Oversee new product launches into the portfolio and act as a bridge between the portfolio and the product analysis function.
- Managing activities related to our warehouse partner: reporting, communication and stock management
- Develop the new business areas from an early stage into an established portfolio
- Automating portfolio workflows using coding and data collection.
- Coordinate with purchase, supply chain and other relevant departments to execute on the portfolio strategy set by the PM
- Preparing performance reports, forecasts, and ad-hoc analyses.
- Monitoring market and regulatory developments, escalating risks, and proposing solutions.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in making business-critical decisions based on large data sets. These decisions have been successful due to strong analytical skills, a structured approach to work, and a solid commercial understanding. Additionally, you can communicate your reasoning clearly and effectively and can translate their work into action. A self-driven mindset and the maturity to navigate challenges in a complex industry with multiple internal stakeholders are essential.

Furthermore, we hope that these factors describe you:
- You hold a Master's Degree in business, economics, finance, math or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and business-related tasks. Experience in Python is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English and another Scandinavian language with Swedish being beneficial but not mandatory.
