Role Overview
As Head of Warehouse Projects, you will own the end-to-end delivery, automation integration, and operational handover of our European fulfillment centers. Leading the FC Implementation team, you will establish project management frameworks and align cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Procurement, and Operations.

What we expect from you
- End-to-End Execution: Drive CapEx automation and intralogistics projects to deliver scalable, on-time FC launches.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the FC Implementation team while establishing best-in-class project frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Engineering, Automation, Procurement, and Operations to integrate tech and manage stakeholders.
- Handover & Support: Ensure seamless operational transitions through structured training, documentation, and maintenance frameworks.
- Technical Expertise: Act as the internal authority for material handling and automation engineering decisions.
What we look for
- Experience: 5+ years managing large-scale CapEx projects in warehouse automation, material handling, or manufacturing.
- Education: Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of conveyors, racking, and automated warehouse systems.
- Certifications & Skills: PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA certification; strong analytical and risk management capabilities.
- Leadership & Mobility: Proven team management skills, hands-on mindset, and willingness for international travel.
- Preferred: Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or exposure to emerging robotics.
