Procurement at SILICON is more than placing purchase orders. You're comparing quotes, negotiating prices and delivery dates, working with suppliers, and keeping a close eye on what production needs. No single day is the same. One moment you're in SAP checking an order; the next you're with the technical team discussing the specifications for an upcoming purchase.

What are your responsibilities?
As our Procurement Employee, you keep things moving from supplier to production to the client. You’re responsible for the following tasks:

Running the daily tendering, quotes, and purchase orders, and picking the best deal on price, quality, and delivery.

Monitor supplier deliveries and jumping in early in a case of problem.

Keeping track of suppliers, their prices, performance and terms and conditions

Building real relationships with our suppliers so you can get the best deal when needed

Watching stock levels and planning ahead so production never has to wait for materials.

Keeping our purchasing data and contracts organized in SAP.

Spotting ways to make our procurement process smarter and sharing them

Ensuring that all stakeholders share necessary information to make sure the right purchase is done according to expectations.

You will do this as part of the Supply Chain team that consists of 2 order processors, 1 logistics coordinator, and the Technical Procurement Officer, who will be your manager.

What are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who possesses a strong commercial mindset. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably with a technical or commercial background.

At least 3 years of experience in a procurement role.

A proven ability to negotiate price, terms and conditions.

Proactive, social, and good communication skills.

Fluent in English both written and spoken
