Job Description
Our mission is to drive and support the digital transformation journey of Radisson Hotel Group by ensuring the stability, evolution, and optimization of our Business Operations (BO) applications in our standard SAP platform, EMMA (Every Moment Matters).
As part of the broader IT landscape modernization, we focus on delivering reliable, scalable, and business-aligned application solutions—primarily focused on SAP Finance and related platforms. We are committed to transitioning innovation into operational excellence by supporting live services, enabling process automation, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Through agile delivery and strong collaboration with our business stakeholders, we contribute directly to RHG’s strategic objectives and long-term success.
Role purpose:
We are looking for a technical payments specialist to support the day-to-day operation of the LHG and RHG Digital Payment platform. Working closely with internal teams, payment service providers, acquirers, and orchestration platforms, you will help ensure stable, secure, and efficient payment processing across our digital channels.
As a key technical contact for payment-related topics, you will investigate and resolve incidents, support integrations and payment flows, and contribute to testing, onboarding, and continuous improvement activities. You will bring strong knowledge of payment technologies and operational processes, helping teams solve issues quickly and ensuring our payment infrastructure delivers a reliable and seamless customer experience.
Roles/Responsibilities
Support the technical operations of LHG digital payment platform, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient payment processing across relevant channels.
Act as a technical resource for payment-related topics, assisting with payment flows, integrations, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
Investigate and resolve payment incidents, transaction failures, and integration issues in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
Coordinate with payment service providers (PSPs), acquirers, and payment orchestration platforms to maintain reliable integrations and support business requirements.
Monitor payment system performance, identify recurring issues, and contribute to improvements that enhance stability and transaction success rates.
Work closely with development, product, finance, and compliance teams to support payment initiatives and operational activities.
Assist in the onboarding, testing, and certification of new payment methods, providers, or enhancements, following industry standards such as PCI DSS, 3DS, and tokenization.
Maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, workflows, integration details, and operational procedures.
Contribute ideas for platform improvements based on operational experience, incident analysis, and stakeholder feedback.
Keep up to date with payment technologies, regulatory changes, and industry best practices relevant to the role.
Accountabilities:
- Support the day-to-day technical operations of LHG digital payment platform.
- Serve as a key contact for technical payment issues within the supported business area.
- Troubleshoot payment incidents and coordinate with internal teams and external providers to ensure timely resolution.
- Support integrations with payment service providers, acquirers, and orchestration platforms.
- Monitor payment performance and contribute to initiatives that improve platform stability and customer experience.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with payment security standards, including PCI DSS, 3DS, and tokenization requirements.
- Maintain accurate technical and operational documentation.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and operational readiness activities for payment-related enhancements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize payment operations.
Qualifications Location:
- Madrid, Spain - Relocation to Madrid is required
Language skills:
- English (fluent)
- French is considered an advantage
Highly desirable experience
- 5+ years of experience supporting digital payment solutions, payment gateways, or eCommerce payment platforms.
- Experience working with payment service providers, acquirers, or payment orchestration platforms.
- Experience in hospitality, retail, travel, or multi-market eCommerce environments is preferred.
- Understanding of payment authorization, settlement, reconciliation, 3DS, tokenization, and payment lifecycle concepts.
- Familiarity with payment regulations and standards such as PCI DSS, PSD2, SCA, and data privacy requirements.
- Experience working with APIs, middleware, file-based integrations, or enterprise integration platforms.
- Experience supporting SAP integrations is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP TMS for Hotels
- Experience with payment platforms such as Adyen, Stripe or similar solutions is preferred.
- Experience supporting B2C payment processes; exposure to B2B payments is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.
Travel needs
- Up to 20%, primarily European but could be international on occasion

- Excellent good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Good team player, willingness to assist others and share expertise
Education:
- University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
