What you will be doing
As an Experienced Consultant in Enterprise Cost Steering, you will support the executive leadership team with insights and recommendations to optimize cost structures. Working closely with Finance teams, Procurement, Support functions, and Business Units, you will identify cost-optimizing opportunities and implement best practices that strengthen our financial foundation.
- Own, drive, coordinate and execute end-to-end cost efficiency initiatives across the Group
- Apply strong critical thinking by questioning assumptions and provide well-reasoned recommendations
- Leverage data analytics to conduct comprehensive cost analysis and identify cost efficiency opportunities
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to design and implement cost steering frameworks
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership
- Act as trusted partner providing expert guidance on strategic cost initiatives
- Build and maintain dashboards and tools to support ongoing cost analysis, generating actionable insights, reporting and decision-making
- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and build consensus on initiatives
About you
- Strong consulting background with experience delivering strategic solutions in complex organisations
- Solid experience in enterprise-level cost steering or strategic cost management
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to independently manage initiatives from ideation through execution
- Strong critical thinking skills with ability to challenge assumptions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management , with the ability to engage, influence and build trust across all levels
- Advanced skills in data analysis, reporting and visualisation tools
- Master's degree in finance, economics, business administration or similar
You thrive in dynamic environments with evolving priorities and demonstrate collaborative teamwork alongside quantitative expertise to support strategic decision-making.
