About the role
As a Technical Assembly Specialist/Junior Technical Specialist, you will independently assemble and validate complex modules and subsystems while acting as a technical expert within your area of specialization.
- Independently assemble complex modules and systems.
- Interpret technical drawings, documentation, and work instructions.
- Perform advanced testing and inspection activities.
- Diagnose assembly-related issues and deviations.
- Execute troubleshooting activities and identify root causes.
- Contribute to process improvements and quality initiatives. What we offer

- MBO Level 2/3/4 education in a technical field or equivalent experience or at least 2 years of relevant experience in complex assembly or system integration.
- Experience reading technical documentation and drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Experience with testing, inspection, and quality processes.
- Ability to support and guide colleagues on technical matters.
- Willing to work in 2 shifts weekly schedule: Morning shift 06:00 - 14:15/ Afternoon shift 14:15 – 23:00, on Fridays 14:15 – 20:30.
