Business Analyst/Product Analyst

Join our Markets Business Technology team as a Business Analyst/Product Analyst, where you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work with stakeholders across the organisation to translate complex requirements into functional specifications that deliver real value. This role offers the opportunity to shape how technology serves our markets business.

What you will be doing

You will partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to identify needs and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business expectations. Working closely with engineering teams, performing business testing and you will ensure that functional designs align with technical capabilities and business objectives.

• Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
• Coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality
• Collaborate with technology teams to align solution designs Recommend enhancements to improve system effectiveness

About you

• Strong analytical skills with ability to understand complex business processes
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical specifications
• Excellent communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and user acceptance processes
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Experience with financial markets or banking technology would be valuable, along with familiarity with agile methodologies.
