About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and market-focused professional to support Market Intelligence activities across EMEA. This role is centered on primary research, validation of market insights, and close collaboration with local teams, ensuring a robust and realistic understanding of market dynamics.

Overview

As Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in bridging data with real market understanding. Working closely with the Senior Manager, you will validate hypotheses, gather insights from local markets, and synthesize multiple inputs into clear, actionable recommendations. This role is less about building analytics from scratch (you will be working very closely with the Data & Analytics team) and more about ensuring insights reflect real-world market conditions, combining data, stakeholder input, and on-the-ground intelligence.### Key Responsibilities

1. Primary Research & Market Validation* Design and execute primary research initiatives (e.g., surveys, interviews, field input) to validate market assumptions

• Engage with local commercial and marketing teams to collect firsthand insights on market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive activity

• Triangulate multiple data sources (internal data, external reports, local input) to confirm accuracy and consistency of insights

2. Local Market Engagement* Act as a key point of contact for market intelligence topics across EMEA countries

• Build strong relationships with country teams to ensure continuous feedback loops and knowledge sharing

• Consolidate local perspectives into a cohesive regional view, highlighting key differences and opportunities

3. Insight Synthesis & Storytelling* Synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs into clear, structured insights

• Translate complex and sometimes conflicting inputs into simple, actionable recommendations

• Support development of presentations and reports tailored for regional and senior stakeholders

4. Market & Competitive Intelligence* Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics by combining desk research with local validation

• Support the development of market segmentation and opportunity assessments, ensuring alignment with local realities

• Identify emerging risks and opportunities through continuous dialogue with markets 5. Collaboration with Analytics & Data Teams* Work closely with BI and Data Analytics teams to leverage existing dashboards and analyses

• Provide business context and validation to complement data-driven outputs

• Ensure analytical outputs are interpreted correctly and translated into business-relevant insights.

6. Execution & Continuous Improvement* Support ongoing market intelligence projects and take ownership of defined deliverables

• Improve processes for insight collection, validation, and dissemination across regions

• Contribute to building a scalable and repeatable market intelligence framework.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Skills and Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.

• 4–6 years of experience in market intelligence, insights, marketing, or commercial roles
• Experience in primary research and stakeholder engagement (surveys, interviews, market interactions)
• Strong ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple markets
• Business acumen and understanding of commercial dynamics
• Experience in healthcare, dental, or medical devices is a plus
• Analytical literacy (ability to interpret data) but not necessarily hands-on BI development
