Team-leader Production

Are you an experienced team leader with a passion for production processes? Are you looking for a new challenge in a dynamic work environment? At Newrest we are looking for a Production Team Leader to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of production employees and encouraging positive team dynamics,
• Monitor daily production processes and ensure efficiency and quality,
• Training and development of team members to improve their skills and performance,
• Analyzing production data and identifying opportunities for improvement,
• Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all safety regulations,
• Report to the production manager on progress and any bottlenecks.

Job requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production environment, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with process improvement and quality management.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in production (HACCP)
