Tasks and responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Employee you are the first point of contact for the customer and internal departments about processes regarding inbound, outbound and return volumes, as well as service delivery and customs related topics. You liase together with supporting departments on day to day tasks. Also, you determine - in consultation with the customer - priorities in orders and you ensure that these can be processed by the warehouse. In your role you contribute to various projects concerning process and service optimization. You report to the Customer Service Supervisor.
Other responsibilities:
- Accurate and closing bookkeeping regarding inbound volumes where you involve departments if needed,
- Handle outbound orders in timely and correct manner, make sure bookings are done accordingly with our carrier partners.
- Contribute to improving productivity, workflows, efficiency and quality with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction by executing and evaluating the action plans;
Profile:
- You have MBO work and thinking level
- You have experience in a similar role and you have a broad knowledge of logistics processes and systems, knowledge of PkMs is an advantage;
- You do not have a 9 to 5 mentality and a flexible attitude. We work in fashion driven industry with seasonality’s and its characteristics;
- You are able to set priorities in order to achieve the desired results;
- You have a certain degree of sensitivity that allows you to put yourself in the shoes of the customer and their needs;
- Very good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, knowledge of other CRM, ERP, WMI systems are a plus;
- You have very good communication skills in English (C1 min.), especially in reading, writing and speaking;
- Accuracy, attention to detail and striving for customer satisfaction is key;
- You work in a structured way and are stress-resistant.
