As our international customs operations continue to grow, we are looking for a Customs Compliance Administrator to strengthen our Global Customs Compliance team.
In this role, you will help ensure that our global customs processes comply with legislation, AEO requirements, and internal standards across multiple countries. You will conduct audits, monitor customs activities, identify risks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What will you do?
- Execute weekly audits on import, export, transit, and bonded warehouse declarations.
- Review other customs certificates, verify data accuracy of a.o. products, client & licenses.
- Report findings and support corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance KPIs and maintain audit records.
- Support AEO monitoring, audits, regulatory updates, updating procedures & instructions.
- Assist in improving customs processes, systems, and compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across multiple countries.
What do you bring?
- MBO+ level or equivalent work experience.
- Basic knowledge of customs legislation and international trade.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, customs, or warehousing environments.
- Familiarity with customs and warehouse management systems.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, independent, and collaborative way of working.
- Fluent English; additional language skills are a plus.
