As an Industrial Engineer, you play a key role in translating technical knowledge into practical solutions that improve manufacturability, serviceability and operational performance. You independently execute analyses, contribute to process improvements and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.
Working on innovative projects for leading technology companies, you will help bridge the gap between engineering, operations and documentation while continuously developing your technical expertise.
Your role
As an Industrial Engineer, you will:
- Independently analyze existing processes, procedures and technical systems.
- Translate technical findings into clear and accurate input for documentation and improvement initiatives.
- Support the development, optimization and maintenance of technical procedures, work instructions and process documentation.
- Identify process bottlenecks, quality risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to industrialization activities related to module build, testing, installation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with Technical Authors, Project Leaders and engineering teams to ensure technical information remains accurate and consistent.
- Manage your own work packages, monitor progress and deliver results within agreed timelines.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards and engineering methodologies.
- Maintain alignment with stakeholders on technical content, priorities and deliverables.
- Contribute to the implementation of process improvements and best practices.
- Share knowledge and lessons learned with colleagues and project teams
What you bring
Education
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
Experience
- At least 6 months of relevant work experience in an engineering, manufacturing, industrialization or process-oriented environment.
- Experience through internships, traineeships, graduate projects or professional employment is considered relevant.
- Affinity with manufacturing, industrialization, process improvement or high-tech engineering environments.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Industrial Engineer (PT) How you will work
You will be part of our Projects organization, working from our Porto office within an international team of engineers, technical authors and project professionals.
While Porto will be your home base, you will collaborate daily with colleagues, customers and project teams across multiple countries. Together, you support the development, industrialization and optimization of highly complex machines and systems for leading technology companies.
Together, you support the industrialization of highly complex machines and systems. You will collaborate closely with Project Leaders, Technical Authors, fellow Industrial Engineers and customer stakeholders to ensure technical consistency, process quality and successful project execution.
Within this role, you will have the freedom to manage your own work packages while receiving support and coaching from experienced colleagues and Team Managers.
What we offer
Gross monthly salary between €1550,- and €€1950,-, depending on your experience and qualifications (based on a 14-salary structure).
