Join JLL’s Sourcing & Procurement team and play a key role in supporting a high-profile UK & Ireland data centre portfolio. In this position, you will help deliver strategic sourcing initiatives, strengthen supplier performance, and contribute to operational excellence across mission-critical environments. Working closely with sourcing, operations, engineering, and finance teams, you will ensure procurement activities are efficient, compliant, and aligned with client expectations. What You’ll DoSupport the delivery and execution of sourcing plans in partnership with the UK & I Sourcing Manager and operational stakeholders.
Coordinate sourcing activities, tenders, supplier negotiations, and procurement initiatives to achieve measurable savings and value creation.
Maintain high levels of contract compliance, ensuring supplier agreements, pricing updates, and scope changes are accurately managed and documented.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support consistent service delivery and operational continuity across the client portfolio.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance through regular assessments and reporting aligned with JLL processes and standards.
Partner with the Vendor Data Management team to ensure supplier documentation, certifications, insurance, and compliance records remain up to date.
Prepare and support monthly and quarterly reporting on sourcing activity, supplier performance, savings, and procurement outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support responsible procurement practices, supply chain risk management, audits, training initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
What We’re Looking ForExperience working in procurement, sourcing, or buying functions within facilities management, hard services, data centres, or related environments.
Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, contract administration, and sourcing best practices.
Commercially aware with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Confident using e-sourcing tools, procurement platforms, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Jaggaer, ERP systems, or similar procurement and supply chain management tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills with the ability to build trusted working relationships.
Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Fluent English language skills and a willingness to develop expertise in data centre infrastructure and operations.
