About the role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Global Services team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to build experience in the insurance industry and develop their skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will help provide account management support for global accounts coming into Chubb EMEA through our Worldwide Multinational network. You will support the preparation and delivery of policy documentation for renewals, new business, endorsements, and related administrative tasks, ensuring work is completed accurately and to a high standard.
You will also work closely with colleagues across the Chubb global network, including Underwriting, Credit Control, and other internal teams, giving you the chance to learn how a global insurance business operates.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the issue of policy documentation in line with agreed service standards and corporate guidelines
- Working with Underwriters, Clients, Brokers, Chubb offices, and other external parties to help manage account-related queries
- Assisting with business development and client relationship activities
- Supporting Global Client Service Executives and Underwriters with account-related tasks
- Contributing to projects and improvements within the Global Services team
- Helping to ensure Chubb’s service standards are met and, where possible, exceeded
- Working in line with Chubb’s ethical and service standards
What we’re looking for
- Advanced level English language skills
- Additional European language skills would be an advantage, such as French, Dutch, German, or Italian
- An interest in the insurance industry; previous experience is helpful but not essential
- Experience supporting multinational insurance projects is desirable, but not required
- Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- A customer-focused approach and a willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work
