Food & Beverage Service Employee – RCN de Schotsman

What will you be doing?

As a Food & Beverage Service Employee at RCN de Schotsman, no two days are the same. You will work in the restaurant, behind the bar or help out in other areas of our hospitality operations. Together with your colleagues, you make sure guests can enjoy good food, drinks and a relaxing atmosphere.

• You welcome guests and take their orders.
• You serve food and drinks and prepare beverages behind the bar.
• You help open and close the hospitality facilities.
• You lend a hand wherever needed, for example during busy lunch services or with washing up.
• You contribute ideas on how to give our guests a great hospitality experience.

Who are we?

RCN de Schotsman is situated directly on the Veerse Meer in Zeeland. It is one of the larger RCN parks and with many facilities and accommodations suitable for everyone. The park is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts such as surfers and sailors.

The atmosphere on the park is warm and informal. You really do it together, pitch in across teams when needed, and there is always something fun going on. The teams are diverse: you work with Dutch and international colleagues. A real holiday atmosphere, even behind the scenes.

What we're looking for

You enjoy working with people and thrive in a lively, friendly environment. Previous hospitality experience is an advantage, but you can also learn the job with us.

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have experience in hospitality or are eager to gain experience with us.
• You take responsibility and are happy to roll up your sleeves.
• You enjoy working as part of a team and supporting your colleagues.
• You are willing to work weekends and during school holidays.

What we offer you

• A competitive salary. The salary ranges from €2,344.52 to €2,809.67 gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience, based on a 38-hour working week, plus 8% holiday allowance. This is the full-time salary reference; your actual earnings will depend on the number of hours you work.
• Flexible working. You will be employed on a zero-hour contract. You provide your availability and are scheduled accordingly.
