Customs Compliance AdministratorEnsure customs compliance across an international logistics environment.
Are you passionate about customs regulations, auditing, and continuous improvement? As a Customs Compliance Administrator, you play a key role in safeguarding the quality and compliance of customs operations across multiple countries.
What will you do?
- Perform audits on import, export, transit, and bonded warehouse declarations.
- Review documentation, identify risks, and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
- Support corrective actions, root cause analyses, and process improvements.
- Conduct periodic audits on guarantees, export invoices, customs documentation, and warehouse processes.
- Support AEO monitoring, compliance programs, and implementation of regulatory changes.
- Maintain procedures, working instructions, and compliance documentation.
- Contribute to international customs projects and the harmonization of processes across countries.
- Develop and maintain compliance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
What do you bring?
- Experience in Customs, Trade Compliance, or International Trade.
- Strong knowledge of customs legislation and customs processes.
- An analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience with audits, compliance monitoring, or quality assurance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English skills.
