About the position

We are looking for several interns (m/f/d/x) for different areas of focus within our team for a minimum period of 5-6 months. The possible start dates vary depending on the area of application and are either 01.02.2027, 15.02.2027, 15.03.2027 or 01.04.2027.

As an intern (m/f/d/x) at our location in Bonn (Landgrabenweg 149), you will have the opportunity to gain valuable practical experience in a dynamic and future-oriented environment.

Your tasks

Whether it's a mandatory or voluntary internship — as an intern (m/f/d/x), you will definitely benefit from attractive compensation and flexible working hours.

You will support the team with the following responsible tasks:

• Design and implementation support of company-specific and cross-company personnel development measures
• Cross-divisional communication and stakeholder management
• Planning and preparation of target group-specific communication, presentation documents and other communication media
• Planning, preparation and follow-up of workshops Events
• Independent research and analysis activities
• Ad-hoc support for other creative tasks

Must-Have Skills

You are studying economics, psychology, education or a comparable course of study or are in a gap year.

You also have the following knowledge and skills:

• Structured, organized and independent way of working, as well as the ability to persuade
• Enjoyment of working in a team, as well as interest in virtual collaboration
• Assumption of responsibility, independent familiarization with topics, and conceptual work
• Willingness to assist with administrative tasks
• Good knowledge of using MS Office, particularly in PowerPoint

Beneficial are

• First practical experience (e.g. through previous internships or working student activities)
• Ideally, initial insights into the work of an HR department
• Affinity for digital tools and modern ways of working
