Vice President, POM Product Owner

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of VP, Alternative Investments Transfer Agency Product Owner to join our Fund and Investor Solutions team. This role is located in Wroclaw .

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• As Product Owner, have responsibility for design and delivery of new capabilities, including new markets, distribution solutions, and asset classes
• Work directly with clients (internal and external) to identify needs and proactively solution
• Leverage operational knowledge to help design robust and scalable solutions
• Help lead the varied work of a cross‑functional group of engineers, product, and analyst specialists within an Agile construct
• Be curious about changes affecting the industry e.g. regulatory changes and emerging technologies Champion the disciplined use of AI

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
• 5-7 years of total work experience required
• Transfer Agency experience preferred
• Internal and external client‑facing experience is required
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to contribute to innovative product development
• Proven track record of leading and motivating teams
