Sr. Information Security Officer – ETS

As Information Security Officer for ETS, you will define and implement the ETS Information/Cyber Security Program and support the organization in managing its security risks. You will elevate security from a compliance requirement to a business enabler, supporting our ambition to further digitalize our business and ensure DLL’s future success.
Day to day:
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and improvement of DLL information/cyber security policies, standards, and procedures
- Conduct IT risk assessments for ETS platforms, cloud services (public and private), workplace solutions, and business-supporting platforms.
- Advise ETS management on security risk profiles and necessary improvements.
- Support the various delivery teams with implementing security improvements and best practices.
- Establish metrics, reporting mechanisms, and a roadmap for continual security program improvements within ETS.
- Increase security awareness across ETS and the wider organization.
- Stay abreast of security trends and threats relevant to ETS’s hybrid, cloud, and automation-focused landscape.
- Collaborate with other ISO’s, solutions, lead and enterprise architects, delivery managers, and global partners to ensure secure technology delivery.
- Mentor peers and security champions in the ETS organization.Developing target-state architectures and technology roadmaps aligned with DLL's cybersecurity strategy.

Essentials:
- Academic level with 6–10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Relevant education/certification in Information Security (e.g. CISM, CISSP, CCSP, CRISC or equivalent).
- Proven track record in Information Security, preferably with IT Risk Management, IT Audit, and Operational Security experience.
- Substantial knowledge of security standards and regulations (ISO27001/2, ISF Standards of Good Practice).
- Fluent in business English (spoken and written); proficiency in Dutch is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, planning, and organization skills.
- Influential by strong negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Quality-driven and results-oriented.
- A strong team player who contributes to the collaborative ETS environment.
