About this Position

What you´ll do

• Lead operational security implementation in dedicated plants around the globe
• Support plant management & engineers and business stakeholders to assess OT security status and implement mitigation measures
• Manage involved 3rd parties and keep an overview on latest OT security technology
• Assess and evaluate IT and OT projects, applications, and organizations for cyber security risks to our business and conformity with our standards
• Execute OT and IT security analysis using state-of-the-art technology
• Improve existing solutions and develop tool-based recommendations
• Define security measures, drive their implementation, and ensure their effective operation to manage Henkel’s cyber risks

What makes you a good fit

• Master's degree in cyber security
• At least 2 years of professional experience in similar role and technical expertise in OT security and OT in general - from either IT or manufacturing perspective
• Penetration testing or similar tool-based security expertise, as well as programing skills in Python and PowerShell
• Well-settled experience in IT and OT security management with the ability to deep-dive into technical topics
• Active certifications such as CISM are desired
• Start-up mentality with clear business orientation and management of security workflows
• Fluent in English and at least one other language
