Junior Operational Due Diligence Officer (f/m/d)

We focus on private equity, real estate, infrastructure and debt asset classes. With more than 100 professionals and over 500 alternative investment funds (AIF) on our platform we are today the leading third-party AIFM in private funds space in Luxembourg. We are currently looking for a Portfolio Management Oversight Officer to support our Luxembourg department in charge of the due diligences focused on delegated Portfolio Managers and Investment Advisors.
Job Specification:
- Support due diligence (initial / ongoing) oversight reviews on thedelegatedPortfolio
ManagersandInvestmentAdvisors,includingquestionnaireandstandard****pack **documentation review,**financial statements, structure charts, organizational charts, licenses, KPIs****and SOC reports
- Monitorthedeadlinesset for completing the duediligencequestionnaires
- Preparetheassessmentreport on service providersand escalate key findings to the****Head
of PMO
- Assist with the update of the****key internal control and templates including the due
diligence oversight dashboard
- Prepare the on**-site and/or remote sessions on thedelegated PortfolioManagers****to**
address and remediate potential due diligence oversight findings and/or on**-**going subjects of interest
- Prepare fund´s board reports within the agreed timelines
- Liaise with internal teams to constantly improve the quality of control framework
- Support with ad hocprojects**.**
Required Qualifications:
- Academic degree in finance, accounting, economics or similar
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Strong commercial awareness
Skills & competencies:
- Strong analytical skills
- High attention to detail, critical thinking and common sense
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (esp. Excel)
- Working autonomously
- Keen to further develop your practical knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to financial services, both within Luxembourg and other jurisdictions
