Role Overview
We're hiring a CRM Designer to own and create our in-game offers, missions, and LiveOps designs and progress trackers that sit at the intersection of player engagement and monetization. You'll design the screens players see when we run a sale, launch a mission chain, or ship a new offer, and you'll be responsible for making sure those screens are clear, scannable, and built to convert, across many games and constantly changing content.
You'll work closely with Monetization & Product teams, product managers, and artists to turn offer logic and business goals into interfaces that feel rewarding rather than pushy - and that scale cleanly as content, rewards, and pricing change week to week.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end templates for CRM and LiveOps surfaces: offer popups, bundles, mission trackers, event screens, and similar in-game monetization units, across multiple live titles.
- Review live and in-development screens, iterate based on feedback and performance data, and continuously raise the craft bar on this surface.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of design experience, ideally with exposure to mobile games, LiveOps, CRM, or monetization-focused product surfaces.
- A strong portfolio showing structured, componentized work - not just polished visuals, but layouts that hold up under real content and states.
- Proficiency with standard design tooling (Photoshop) and the ability to hand off clean, well-organized files that engineers and other designers can build from without guesswork.
- Good illustration and UI Design skills, a knowledge of Figma would be a plus
- Good visual communication skills to be able to deliver messages through graphics, topography etc.
- Strong collaboration skills - this role sits between product, monetization, and art, and requires translating business requirements into design decisions clearly.
- Good English speaking & writing skills
Soft Skills
- Direct experience designing offers, bundles, or missions for a live mobile game.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and how design decisions get measured against monetization and engagement metrics.
- An eye for game UI conventions and player psychology around rewards, scarcity, and progress.
- Understanding of basic animation principles.
