Senior Manager Order to Cash Deployment Program

What you'll do

• Translate O2C / CCS / GBS priorities into a deployment approach, roadmap, sequencing and implementation model across markets and capabilities
• Define and continuously improve deployment governance, including decision forums, escalation paths, RACI, readiness criteria, testing, cutover, hyper-care and handover to support teams
• Partner with the O2C Product organisation and market leadership. Influence roadmap priorities and investment decisions through deployment feedback and drive alignment across Markets, IT, D&A, Supply Chain, Commercial and GBS teams
• Ensure pilot activities, proof-of-concept validations and market testing outcomes are reviewed and incorporated before large-scale rollout. Resolve gaps and exceptions with Product Owners, IT and stakeholders
• Lead and develop a team of Deployment Managers, Senior Specialists and SMEs
• Build deployment capability through coaching and strengthening project, change, transition management, analytics, stakeholder management and business readiness capabilities
• Ensure stakeholders understand what is changing, why it matters and what support is available
• Analyse data, performance indicators and stakeholder feedback to identify deployment issues
• Drive resolutions, decisions and improvements to support scalable and sustainable business outcomes
• Lead the AI and automation agenda within deployment, ensuring responsible and compliant adoption across markets and teams

Skills & Capabilities

• University degree and 10+ years of experience in finance, preferably O2C, including 6+ years in people management
• Change and Project Management certification or training. Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives and programme governance
• Process Optimisation and Continuous Improvement experience. Lean and Six Sigma certification is an asset
• Experience implementing AI strategy, governance and scalable AI-enabled solutions
• Data-Driven Decision Making and performance management
• Executive stakeholder engagement and alignment
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Risk management and governance experience

In this position you will earn no less than 27k PLN gross monthly.
