At Fertin Pharma, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can help translate the Smoke Free Product (SFP) category priorities into well-defined programs and projects, drive execution across functions, and contribute to long-term category growth and value creation.

Make an impact in a key role

In this role, you will lead strategic SFP projects and programs that are closely linked to Fertin’s collaboration with PMI and the broader ambition to deliver sustainable growth within Smoke Free Products. You will bring structure, momentum, and transparency to projects with high business relevance, significant stakeholder attention, and multiple technical, regulatory, commercial, and operational dependencies.

You will report to Portfolio Management and work in close partnership with SFP Category Management, functional leads, PMI stakeholders, and project teams across R&D, Regulatory, Analytical Development, QA, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial.

Your impact and responsibilities

• Lead high-priority SFP projects and programs from scoping through execution and launch readiness

• Translate category strategy, commercial opportunities, and product roadmap priorities into clear project scopes, plans, milestones, and deliverables

• Build alignment across Fertin and Philip Morris International (PMI) stakeholders, ensuring clear decision-making, ownership, and escalation paths

• Drive cross-functional execution across product development, regulatory, analytical, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial workstreams

• Ensure robust governance through the Fertin Project Model, BLAST, and relevant external governance forums

• Identify risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and trade-offs early—and drive proactive mitigation and decision support

• Support value creation and realization tracking by maintaining focus on business impact, timing, cost, quality, and strategic fit

• Contribute to continuous improvement of how Fertin delivers SFP projects, strengthens category execution, and scales project management capability

What you bring

You are an experienced project or program leader who can navigate strategic uncertainty and turn complex opportunities into structured execution. You bring:

• Solid experience in leading complex projects, programs, or portfolios within commercial, R&D, life science, consumer health, food, or related industries

• A proven ability to manage cross-functional teams from concept development and scoping through execution and launch readiness

• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leaders, category owners, external partners, and global stakeholders

• Experience with project governance, risk management, financial control, resource planning, and milestone-based decision-making

• Strong business understanding and the ability to connect technical project execution with category strategy, customer needs, and commercial value

• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to create clarity, influence decisions, and keep stakeholders aligned
