Join us as a Working Student in Program Analytics & Process Automation. In this role, you will support data-driven solutions that increase transparency, efficiency, and compliance across large European innovation and subsidy programs, helping to manage publicly funded research and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process automations using tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Copilot to improve the efficiency of internal workflows.
- Support the preparation, analysis, and maintenance of project and subsidy-related data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Assist in creating and maintaining automated monitoring, verification, and compliance processes in alignment with internal and external requirements.
- Prepare data-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations for program leadership and relevant stakeholders.
- Support day-to-day operational and organizational activities within program management.
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with structured and complex datasets.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, or similar business intelligence and automation tools is considered an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, independent way of working.
- Interest in the intersection of technology, business processes, data analytics, and process automation.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude and enthusiasm for continuous improvement and digital transformation.
