About the Role
We are looking for a working student/intern (f/m/d) starting as soon as possible to join our Global Brand & Marketing team and support key activities that strengthen the GORE-TEX® Brand globally. In this role, you will contribute to global marketing work across Lifestyle Marketing, B2B Marketing, and Marketing Strategy & Operations, gaining exposure to both consumer-facing storytelling and industry-focused brand positioning. This is a unique opportunity to work in a highly collaborative, international team and support projects that are visible across the organization and relevant for how the GORE-TEX® Brand shows up with consumers, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. The role is ideal for someone who is curious about brands, culture, communication, and business strategy, and who wants to learn how a globally recognized ingredient brand builds relevance, consistency, and strength across markets and audiences.
Responsibilities
Support the coordination of the Global Lifestyle Marketing Framework, activation calendar, and related planning tools
Help prepare and update lifestyle marketing presentations, playbooks, toolkits, meeting materials, and internal communication updates
Support the coordination of the Lifestyle Functional Excellence Team, including meeting preparation, agenda tracking, follow-ups, and documentation of key actions
Help collect, organize, and process information from regional lifestyle teams to improve visibility of activities, investments, and learnings
Support lifestyle campaign, events (cultural moments and Paris Fashion week) and partner activation coordination, including preparation of assets, timelines, recaps, and project overviews
Assist in tracking lifestyle marketing activities and gathering inputs for measurement, reporting, and insights
Support collaboration with external partners and agencies where needed, including briefing documents, status updates, and content coordination
Support the development and organization of B2B marketing materials, messaging tools, and internal alignment documents
Help collect, structure, and analyze marketing, brand, business, or project-related information to support decision-making
Support marketing strategy and operations activities (F28 Marketing Planning Cycle and Marketing Briefing FY28) including project tracking, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and documentation of next steps
Required Qualifications
Enrolled in business studies, marketing, communications, international management, or a related field
Strong interest in brand marketing, lifestyle marketing, marketing strategy, and project coordination
Fluent in English
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple topics, timelines, and stakeholders
Comfortable working with presentations, documents, spreadsheets, and digital collaboration tools
Strong communication skills and confidence in working with international colleagues across functions and regions
Proactive, curious, structured, and comfortable working in a matrixed international team
Desired Qualifications
German fluency is a plus, as well as other European languages
Analytical mindset with interest in turning information, data, and project inputs into clear summaries and actionable insights
Passion for brands, culture, consumers, and marketing communication
Previous experience in marketing, project management, communications, or a professional office environment is preferred
