Overview
As Work Force Management & Performance Specialist, you will be the driving force behind workforce management, labour planning, performance reporting, and incentive programs across the retail business. Leveraging data, analytics, and workforce management tools, you will provide actionable insights that support business decisions, optimize labour investment, improve store productivity, and drive profitable growth.
What You'll Do
Create, manage, and report labour spend and forecast. Analyse labour spend on hours, USD / Euro and sales per hour (SPH) and make recommendations while driving to solution.
Improve labour forecast model to optimize hours allocation and labour budgets
Partner with field leaders and finance to develop payroll plans and maximize store productivity.
Leverage technology and automation tools to streamline operations and improve productivity in stores.
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance processes and workflows.
Develop and improve labour reporting for leadership and field teams to drive accountability and provide insight around plan vs. actual hours and wages, overtime, SPLH, CPH and labour percent to sales.
Manage and maintain workforce management configurations, labour standards, schedules, and reporting tools within Kronos
Ensure data integrity and compliance by regularly auditing schedules, timecards, pay rules, and labour metrics within Kronos
Support the process of phasing (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) store sales with Finance, IT and Commercial.
Own the calculation, validation, and reporting of retail bonus schemes, ensuring accuracy and timely communication
Provide guidance and support to field leadership in all areas of sales and labour reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational strategies and analyze business trends
Create and maintain automated reporting solutions, reducing manual processes and improving data visibility for leadership and field teams
What You'll Bring to the Table
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, data modelling, reporting automation, and dashboard creation
Proficiency in KRONOS or other work force management solutions, and Power BI is an advantage
