Are you interested in data and looking to gain practical experience in People Analytics? We are looking for a student worker to help us turn data into meaningful insights that enable better business decisions across the organisation.

People Analytics enable HR and senior leaders by providing data-driven insights on topics such as workforce planning, talent, employee engagement, and organisational development. You will enjoy a high degree of freedom to explore new ideas, analytical approaches, and technologies that create real business value.

Your responsibilities:

You will work with a variety of data-related activities, including:

  • Assisting with data analysis and insight generation
  • Supporting reporting and presentation preparation
  • Contributing to data-driven projects and ad hoc tasks
  • Helping transform data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
  • Supporting the development of People Analytics initiatives

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is currently enrolled in a relevant degree programme (e.g., Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or similar)
  • Has a strong interest in data analytics and working with data
  • Enjoys problem-solving and identifying patterns and trends
  • Is detail-oriented, curious, and motivated to learn
