Artwork Lead/Supervisor
Location: Madrid
Contract: Temporary – 6 months
Working Hours: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm and from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm

Position Overview
We are looking for two Leads to coordinate the daily operations of a team dedicated to artwork review for a major streaming platform.
The role will focus primarily on organization, communication with Production, and management of the team's workload.
Responsibilities
- Ser el principal punto de contacto entre los artistas y Producción durante el turno.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the artists and Production during the shift.
- Receive, organize, and distribute the workload.
- Assign titles/assets to artists according to volume, priority, and capacity.
- Monitor progress and identify potential blockers.
- Reassign work when necessary.
- Keep Production informed of status, capacity, priorities, and issues.
- Answer team questions regarding guidelines.
- Escalate questions or cases that are not clearly covered in the documentation.
- Help maintain consistent judgment and standards across the artist team.
- Perform occasional quality control checks.
- Coordinate shift handovers.
- Support team onboarding and training.
Key Requirements
- Experience in creative production, design, artwork, post-production, or similar environments.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate teams and manage workloads.
- Strong visual judgment.
- Knowledge of Photoshop.
- Advanced English proficiency.
