Your skills

• C1 English
• 1+ years of experience in accounting, payroll, or a related finance role
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, payroll basics, taxation, and financial controls
• Advanced computer literacy (especially Excel); experience with accounting/payroll systems (e.g., SAP, DATEV) would be a plus Your tasks

• Process daily financial and payroll-related transactions, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
• Maintain and reconcile financial and payroll records, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support the preparation of payroll runs and financial reports by providing validated data and assisting in basic analysis
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integrity and flow of payroll and financial information.
• Address employee inquiries on payroll, timekeeping, or reimbursements with discretion and professionalism
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in accounting and payroll workflows and support related projects or audits. Be part of us
