This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead procurement transformation initiatives, support tool adoption, and promote sustainable practices across the organization. You'll work closely with stakeholders to optimize procurement workflows, ensure data integrity, and contribute to AXA’s sustainability commitments—all while developing your project management skills in a collaborative, international setting.

Main Activities & Responsibilities: 1. Procurement Transformation & Tool Adoption

  • Deliver training sessions to boost usage of procurement tools like Contract System and COUPA, aligning with transformation objectives.

  • Act as the primary contact for local and central procurement teams regarding system issues and user support.

  • Monitor tool usage monthly, identify gaps, and communicate insights and updates to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate as Key Business User (KBU) for COUPA P2P in CLP (Protection) and France, working closely with the Global Procure to Pay team and managing project and BAU activities. 2. Procurement Process Training

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive end-to-end procurement process training, including policies on delegated procurement and SOPs.

  • Maintain and update training materials and process documentation, ensuring accessibility via SharePoint. 3. Data Quality & Vendor Management

  • Lead data cleansing initiatives, including user recertification, entity alignment, and contract approval tracking.

  • Review and deactivate obsolete vendors in COUPA; streamline onboarding to reduce approval times and improve TTM.

  • Collaborate with contract owners to address data gaps, especially for ROI submissions and compliance. 4. Sustainability Initiatives

  • Support AXA Partners’ EcoVadis rating submissions, CO2 emissions planning, and ensure vendor data aligns with sustainability policies.

  • Assist in vendor classification for D&I spend and sustainability transition efforts. 5. Development & Project Management

  • Complete project management training and apply these skills to procurement projects.

  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with the procurement community across regions and functions. What you’ll bring:

  • Technical/Functional Knowledge & Skills:

    • Proven experience in procurement transformation, process improvement, or supplier management.

    • Strong knowledge of procurement tools such as Coupa and CLM, with an interest in AI initiatives to streamline processes.

    • Excellent project management and communication skills.

    • Expertise in data management and cleansing.

    • Ability to collaborate effectively across regions and functions.

    • Proactive problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.

    • Fluent in English; French and/or Spanish is a plus.

    • Experience working in a regulated environment.

    • End-to-end procurement knowledge in a global context. Soft Skills:

    • Strong presentation and communication skills.

    • Ability to build trusted relationships with diverse, geographically dispersed stakeholders.

    • Ability to work under challenging deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

    • English mandatory, Spanish nice to have Education & Experience:

    • Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
