Quality Controller

At Mpac, we're looking for a Quality Controller to join our Quality team and play a key role in maintaining and improving the quality of our products and processes.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Quality Controller, you will:

• Perform visual and technical inspections on products and production processes.
• Verify compliance with specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct testing and analysis to ensure products meet quality expectations.
• Record inspection findings and prepare accurate quality reports.
• Identify non-conformities and support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in developing and implementing quality improvement programs.
• Train colleagues on quality procedures and best practices.
• Represent the Quality department during internal and external audits.

What We're Looking For

You are someone who enjoys working accurately, solving problems, and collaborating with others. Ideally, you have:

• Technical vocational education (MBO level) or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Inspection, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of quality standards, inspection methods, and testing procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with multiple departments.
• A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.
