Every day, millions of euros move across international markets. As a Treasury Operations Analyst, you make sure those financial flows are processed accurately, efficiently and in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements. You support the day-to-day treasury operations, monitor risks and provide the insights that keep the business moving.
Working in an international environment, you'll collaborate with colleagues across Finance and Treasury while contributing to continuous process improvements. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail make a real impact.
Your biggest challenge
Keeping complex treasury operations running smoothly while maintaining accuracy, compliance and control. From processing transactions to monitoring liquidity and financial risks, your work helps build a strong and reliable treasury function.
That's why you'll take on a diverse role:
Manage treasury transactions: Record, validate and process treasury transactions accurately and in line with internal policies.
Support liquidity management: Manage and assist with implementation and monitoring of a group wide cash pool, liquidity investments and bank account management to ensure efficient cash management.
Process payments and settlements: Ensure treasury payments and settlements are completed accurately, on time and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor financial risks: Track credit, settlement, foreign exchange and interest rate risks, escalating potential issues when needed.
Deliver reporting and analysis: Support month-end activities, perform interest calculations for affiliates and prepare reports that contribute to financial compliance and decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement: Support treasury systems and contribute to projects that improve processes, reporting and operational efficiency.
This is you
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
- You have 2–5 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Finance or Banking.
- You have a solid understanding of financial markets, including FX, interest rates, credit and liquidity management.
- You understand payment processing, settlements and bank account management.
- You have strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- You enjoy working with data and translating insights into action.
- You communicate effectively and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- You are fluent in English. An additional European language is a plus. What is in i****t for you?
