What this job involves: Support financial operations for established client portfolio through comprehensive administrative and analytical functions within JLL's global finance framework.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Managing financial transactions between JLL and external suppliers, including processing payments and maintaining vendor relationships.
Assisting with critical month-end and period-end closing procedures, which are essential for accurate financial reporting
Overseeing monthly billing processes to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
Maintain invoice trackers and cashbooks that allow proper financial record-keeping
Assist with records reconciliation to ensure accurate and balanced across different systems and accounts
Providing timely and efficient support for financial inquiries and resolving discrepancies
Desired or preferred experience and technical skills:
Basic accounting and finance process knowledge required.
Positive, motivated, and flexible approach to changing work demands and priorities
Quick learning ability with genuine desire for professional development and skill enhancement
Previous exposure to supplier management, month-end procedures, or financial reconciliation processes preferred but not mandatory
Strong written and verbal English communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction
Systematic, process-driven approach to work with attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with JDE E1 and/or SAP financial systems is highly advantageous
