Team mission
The People Analytics and Rewards team plays a critical role in building the talent foundation the company needs to grow, by designing reward strategies and people insights that strengthen engagement, performance, and long-term organisational success.
Your mission
Reporting to the Global Head of Total Reward, the C&B Senior Manager will be responsible for driving the reward agenda Globally for GetYourGuide. Acting as subject matter expert on Compensation and Benefits partnering with Global HR team in order to help attract, motivate and retain talent through competitive total rewards package and meaningful and fulfilling career journey.
- Act as the senior subject matter expert for compensation and benefits, providing day-to-day guidance to HR, People Partners, Talent teams, Finance, and business leaders on reward policies, processes, and market practices.
- Own and execute core compensation processes, including salary benchmarking, job levelling support, compensation guidelines, pay review cycles, budgeting inputs, and reward communications.
- Lead the design, analysis, and implementation of compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring they are competitive, scalable, equitable, and aligned with the company's talent and business strategy.
- Partner closely with the Head of Total Reward on strategic initiatives, including reward philosophy, global compensation frameworks, benefits evolution, and major organisational change projects.
- Use market data, people analytics, and internal insights to shape reward decisions, translating complex data into clear recommendations that support attraction, retention, engagement, and performance.
- Manage external benchmarking and market intelligence activities, including survey participation, vendor relationships, market trend analysis, and recommendations to maintain competitive reward positioning.
- Build and continuously improve reward processes, tools, playbooks, and governance, ensuring consistent, transparent, and efficient execution across countries, functions, and employee populations.
- Prepare high quality reward analysis, business cases, and leadership materials, supporting executive-level decision-making on compensation, benefits, equity, and broader total reward priorities.
- Work collaboratively within the People Analytics and Rewards team, proactively supporting colleagues across day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives to ensure shared priorities are delivered effectively.
Your toolkit
- Considerable experience in compensation and benefits specialism from an international context, especially within the technology sector
- Able to think strategically while remaining highly focused on operational delivery and execution
- Knowledge and experience working with different benchmarking methodologies such as Willis Towers Watson, AON/Radford, Mercer, etc
- Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to translate data in to a structured verbal or written "story telling"
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills
