We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with experience in mechanical integration, environmental testing, and support equipment development for space systems to join projects focused on the assembly, integration, testing, and validation of satellite units and subsystems, ensuring compliance with design and mission requirements.
What will you do?
Support the mechanical assembly, integration, and alignment of satellite units and subsystems.
Manage and verify mechanical and thermal interfaces between equipment and structural elements.
Prepare and execute environmental test campaigns, including vibration, thermal vacuum, and shock tests.
Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of mechanical ground support equipment and test fixtures.
Implement and document test procedures, verification activities, and validation reports related to mechanical and thermal performance.
Collaborate with systems, electrical, and test engineering teams to ensure proper mechanical configuration, test readiness, and continuous improvement of AIT processes and tooling.

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience or training in mechanical and electrical integration of electronic equipment and subsystems, as well as functional and environmental testing activities.
Solid understanding of mechanical interfaces, structural assembly, and thermal constraints during integration and test operations.
Ability to work with electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, test procedures, ICDs, and technical manuals while ensuring traceability and compliance during AIT activities.
Familiarity with ISO 8 and ISO 5 controlled environments and contamination control procedures, with a strong focus on hardware safety and quality.
Experience in the specification, design, and implementation of Electrical and Mechanical Ground Support Equipment, including test benches, custom interfaces, simulators, and verification tools.
