As our Programmatic Media Associate, you'll support the LEGO Group's Western Europe media team in delivering effective programmatic campaigns that balance brand building and business impact. You'll help execute media strategies, support campaign delivery, work across internal and external partnerships, and contribute to the growth of digital in-housing capabilities. It's a chance to build a programmatic function, learn from experienced specialists, and help future-proof media activity in a changing digital landscape.### Required Qualifications
- Delivered campaigns using programmatic platforms such as The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, or DV360.
- Applied experience across the global media landscape and digital advertising environment.
- Built media activity or campaign plans across Western European markets.
- Managed complex campaign delivery, projects, or operational work with appropriate governance and execution standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Executed paid social media campaigns alongside broader digital media activity.
- Applied experience within ad tech ecosystems and digital media platforms.
- Worked within a retail or consumer-focused environment.
- Supported programmatic media initiatives as a subject matter resource within a team.

- Support the execution of the LEGO Group's programmatic media strategy across Western Europe.
- Help ensure media investments follow global standards and deliver strong business outcomes.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders, media partners, and agency teams.
- Contribute to embedding new ways of working as the programmatic function continues to grow.
- Explore emerging trends such as artificial intelligence, retail media, and changes in digital privacy.

You'll join the Global Media Activation team, a group focused on delivering data-driven digital media experiences for millions of fans and customers. The team works closely together in a hybrid rhythm and values collaboration, learning, and curiosity. You'll partner with colleagues across media planning and paid social media while developing your strategic thinking, stakeholder management skills, and understanding of ethical marketing practices. We're building new capabilities, testing new ideas, and supporting one another as we grow.### What success looks like
Success means becoming a trusted contributor to the programmatic media function, helping deliver well-executed campaigns and strong partnerships across the region. Over time, you'll build confidence in new technologies, support innovative campaign approaches, and play a meaningful role in embedding new ways of working. You'll work closely with the wider Global Media Activation team, including media planning and paid social media colleagues, as the team continues to expand its capabilities over time.
