Key responsibilities in your new role

• Supply Chain Support: Handle daily operational tasks across supply chain activities
• Stakeholder Contact: Coordinate with counterparts to follow up and align on tasks
• Team Administration: Perform weekly team-level activities within the supply chain team, including status updates and record maintenance
• Archiving: Maintain product archives and orderly file structures
• Commitment Updates: Manage changes to promises and track related confirmations

Further Information:

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)

Duration: 12 months

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Education: Actively studying a degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
• Work Ethic: Self-driven and proactive mindset with ownership of tasks
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize and meet daily and weekly timelines
• Office Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
• Copilot Tools: Experience using Copilot to enhance productivity
• Language Skills: Good English

Additional information

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2026-05-01.pdf).
