Do you thrive on creating structure behind the scenes and ensuring people, products and processes come together seamlessly?
Drive flawless execution across our collections
As our Category Coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting the daily operations of our Category Management team. By ensuring seasonal samples, product information, showrooms and key activities are coordinated to a high standard, you will help enable efficient collaboration from collection development through to commercialisation.
You will join our Product & Category Management team and work closely with Product and Commercial Specialists, as well as colleagues across Design, Development and regional category teams. The team is passionate about creating great products, enjoys working collaboratively and values a supportive atmosphere where people help each other succeed.
In this role, you will be the organisational backbone that keeps many moving parts aligned. Your attention to detail, coordination skills and proactive approach will help ensure teams have the information, samples and materials they need at the right time.
Specifically, you will:
- Coordinate the handling, organisation, shipment and tracking of seasonal samples across showrooms, fairs and customer activities.
- Support showroom readiness, presentations, meetings and collection reviews with samples, materials and visual assets.
- Assist Product and Commercial Specialists with operational tasks, product data maintenance and PLM updates.
- Gather and consolidate market and trend insights to support category reviews and product decisions.
- Support visits from key accounts, regional teams and strategic partners by helping coordinate logistics and meeting preparations.
Bring structure, collaboration and attention to detail
To succeed in this role, you enjoy creating order, coordinating activities across different stakeholders and ensuring details are not overlooked. Whether your experience comes from category management, merchandising, product coordination or a similar environment, we would love to hear from you.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a coordination, merchandising, category support or similar role.
- Demonstrates strong organisational skills and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Is comfortable working with Microsoft Office and ideally has experience with PLM systems.
- Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Takes a proactive, detail-oriented approach and enjoys supporting others to achieve shared goals.
Grow your career in a global product organisation
This is an opportunity to become part of a global company where craftsmanship, collaboration and continuous improvement are at the heart of what we do. You will gain exposure to the full product journey, build relationships across functions and regions and play an important role in helping our Category Management team succeed.
We encourage you to apply even if your experience does not match every requirement. We value different perspectives, experiences and backgrounds, and we believe diverse teams create better outcomes.
