About the role
As our Head of Workplace Operations & Experience, you'll lead the operational performance and strategic development of workplaces that help thousands of colleagues do their best work every day. You'll combine operational leadership, people leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement to create safe, inspiring, and high-performing workplace environments. You'll lead a local team, oversee local workplace projects and collaborate closely with facility partners, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen both operational excellence and workplace experience. As a member of the Global Workplace Operations & Experience Leadership Team, you'll also help shape global workplace priorities, standards, and strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success leading workplace operations and facilities services within complex organizations
- Strong track record of managing strategic facility management and service provider partnerships
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational performance through governance, budget management, and measurable service outcomes
- People leadership and team development
- Stakeholder management and influencing
- Strategic thinking, continuous improvement, and clear communication
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with workplace experiences in a corporate environment
- Experience developing workplace experience programs

You'll join Global Workplace Operations & Experience within the People Places & Culture organization. The team creates safe, sustainable, inspiring workplaces that enable colleagues to do their best work. In Billund, you'll lead a team of eight people who bring an informal and collaborative approach to their work. Together, you'll share ideas, learn from one another, and help shape the future of workplace experience.
What success looks like
Success means creating a workplace experience that supports more than 6,000 colleagues while maintaining strong operational performance. You'll help advance workplace flexibility, sustainability, innovation, and service optimization, while strengthening partnerships across the workplace ecosystem. You'll work closely with the Global Head of Workplace Operations & Experience, the Global WOX (Workplace Operation & Experience) Leadership Team, Workplace Experience Specialists, Facility Management teams, senior business leaders, location management, and external partners to drive lasting impact.
