THE TEAM

You will be part of the Housekeeping team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl, working closely with Housekeeping Supervisors, the Rooms Division team, Laundry, and other operational departments. This role plays a vital part in creating exceptional guest experiences by ensuring that all guest rooms and assigned areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation.

YOUR ROLE

As Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are impeccably maintained and presented in accordance with Rosewood standards. You will play a key role in creating memorable stays by providing an environment that is welcoming, comfortable, and reflective of our commitment to luxury hospitality.

With a keen eye for detail and a passion for service excellence, you will curate the extraordinary through the care and attention you bring to every room and every guest experience.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and assigned areas in accordance with Rosewood standards and procedures
• Ensure all guest rooms are presented impeccably, with attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail
• Replenish guest amenities, linen, towels, and supplies as required
• Inspect rooms to ensure all facilities, furnishings, and equipment meet quality standards
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost property in a timely manner
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and special requirements
• Maintain storerooms, housekeeping pantries, and equipment in a clean and organized manner
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and operational procedures
• Collaborate closely with Housekeeping Supervisors and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
• Handle guest belongings with care, discretion, and professionalism
• Ensure productivity and quality targets are achieved while maintaining exceptional service standards
• Contribute to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment that exceeds guest expectations

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You have previous experience in Housekeeping or a similar role, ideally within hospitality or luxury hotel environments
• You possess a strong attention to detail and take pride in maintaining high standards
• You are reliable, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• You demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
• You are service-oriented and committed to creating exceptional guest experiences
• You are able to work both independently and as part of a team
• You maintain a professional appearance and approach at all times
• You have a good understanding of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
• You speak basic English; German and additional languages are an advantage
