Job Summary
The L3 LAN Engineer serves as the highest technical escalation point for enterprise LAN infrastructure and is responsible for advanced troubleshooting, design support, capacity planning, lifecycle management, automation, and major incident resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Act as L3 escalation point for critical LAN incidents.
Perform advanced troubleshooting across campus networks.
Support large-scale Cisco and Aruba switching environments.
Troubleshoot complex routing and switching issues.
